COMMIT

OFFAL BRAND

The North American meat industry produces enormous waste, throwing away little-used cuts and organ meats, collectively known as offal. Commit’s solution is to package and sell the underused cuts in supermarkets. By leaning into the shock factor with butcher-esque visuals and prodding ethical issues among meat eaters, Commit kickstarts a whole new conversation. It invites a closer look at how and what we eat, while increasing the consumption of otherwise wasted meat.
